What We Do

Project KRIYA

Skill development activities at CSRL

Project KRIYA was launched by CSRL as a national CSR initiative to create livelihood opportunities for youth. Under this programme, individuals are provided structured skill training, mentorship, and career support to bridge the gap between learning and earning, enabling sustainable employment opportunities nationwide

The objective of Project KRIYA is to equip youth with employable skills and enable sustainable livelihoods. The programme is designed to deliver structured, professional training that bridges learning and earning through practical exposure and mentorship. Candidates from diverse regions within eligible age groups are selected for the initiative. Participants should meet basic educational criteria and demonstrate commitment to learning. Training is delivered in planned batches, combining technical instruction, soft skills, and placement support to ensure readiness for meaningful employment opportunities nationwide inclusive

Frontline Careers, Hospitality & Service Sector

Designed to meet the growing demand in service industries, this program trains youth for roles in airport ground operations, hospitality, and medical front desk services. Through a blend of technical training, grooming, customer service skills, and workplace etiquette, participants are prepared for employment in airports, hotels, and hospitals, supported by strong industry linkages.

EMPOWER HER, Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) Skilling for Women

EMPOWER HER is a focused initiative that prepares young women from underserved regions for entry-level roles in the BFSI sector. By equipping them with financial literacy, digital skills, communication abilities, and workplace readiness, the program enables women to transition into formal employment, building their confidence, independence, and long-term economic strength.

Driving Livelihood Initiative, Transgender Inclusion

This initiative creates inclusive livelihood opportunities for transgender individuals by offering training in four-wheeler driving, digital navigation, road safety, and basic mechanical skills. Beyond technical training, it focuses on building confidence and social inclusion, enabling participants to access dignified employment in mobility and logistics sectors.
