CSRL Super 30

What we do in educational development

Super 30 stands as our flagship project, proudly executed for Navratana Companies under their CSR domain. This program aims to provide an opportunity for talented students who possess the merit but lack the financial means to achieve their dreams.

Through Super 30, we offer 11 months of free residential coaching, meticulously tailored for IIT, NIT, state engineering, NEET, and other medical entrance exams. The essence of Super 30 lies in its commitment to nurturing the potential of these deserving students. With guidance from top-tier faculty members from IITs and other renowned institutes, the program ensures that each student receives the highest quality education. We believe in fostering a one-to-one relationship that supports both academic and personal development. This holistic approach ensures that students not only achieve academic success but also grow as individuals, ready to face the challenges of the future.

Holistic Development
through Expert Mentorship

Peer learning is a hallmark of the Super 30 program. Students not only study together but also grow together, developing teamwork, mutual respect, and a strong sense of community. The environment fosters discipline and personal responsibility, shaping students into well-rounded individuals ready to tackle the challenges of both academic and personal life.

Since the first Super 30 unit was established in Kanpur in 2009 with the support of GAIL India Ltd., the program has expanded significantly. Today, we proudly operate 33 centres across India, providing opportunities to over 1,000 students annually.

Comprehensive Growth and Development

While academic rigor is at the core of Super 30, the program also prioritizes the personal growth of its students. Workshops and activities are designed to enhance language skills and personality development, ensuring that students are confident, articulate, and prepared for the future

Super 30 is more than just an educational program—it’s a beacon of hope for students who have the potential but lack the resources to realize their dreams. Through this initiative, CSRL is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of young minds across India, transforming their dreams into reality, one student at a time

Administration

Each Super 30 centre is meticulously structured to ensure the safety, well-being, and academic success of our students. The centres are secure environments for both boys and girls, with digital monitoring systems in place to oversee all activities. No outside individuals are allowed entry, ensuring a safe and focused atmosphere.

An Administrative Residential Mentor oversees daily operations, while the mess staff provides healthy, hygienic meals, maintains cleanliness, and attends to other daily needs. Our dedicated faculty conducts rigorous academic classes, supported by a Project Officer who manages administrative tasks, including class schedules, medical needs, and any additional requirements.

Project Super 30

Project Super 30

The CSRL Super 30 Program, a flagship initiative, offers free residential mentoring to economically disadvantaged students preparing for competitive entrance exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, and other engineering and medical exams. Sponsored by leading PSU’s from largely Oil and Gas sectors and Railway subsidiaries as part of their CSR initiatives, the program delivers one year of intensive, high-quality mentoring.

Operating across 33 centres nationwide, from Kashmir to Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan to Arunachal Pradesh, it ensures broad access to students from diverse regions. With expert faculty from IITs and other prestigious institutes, the program provides both academic excellence and holistic personal development, emphasizing individual mentorship to help students succeed in all aspects of life.

Project Prabal

Project Prabal

Project Prabal is a special initiative that offers one year of residential mentoring for JEE and NEET aspirants, exclusively for the wards of Army Jawans, JCOs, and other ranks (serving or retired). Implemented in collaboration with the Indian Army, the project aims to do more than just prepare students for engineering and medical entrance examinations.

It seeks to create a strong sense of belonging and stability for children who have often experienced frequent relocations, which can disrupt academic continuity and focus. Through a year of structured mentoring by expert faculty, the program not only strengthens academic foundations but also focuses on building confidence, discipline, communication skills, and overall personality development—helping students grow into well-rounded individuals ready to take on future challenges.

School Support Program

School Support Program

The School Support Programme is designed to strengthen students’ academic foundations during the critical years of Classes 11 and 12. It provides 24-months free mentoring for students of Classes XI and XII, preparing them for competitive entrance exams such as IIT JEE,NIT, state engineering colleges, NEET, and other medical admissions.

This initiative is designed to strengthen foundational learning during these crucial academic years, ensuring students are well-prepared for both board exams and entrance tests, eliminating the need for a drop year. The mentoring covers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, along with English and Computer Training, equipping students with both subject knowledge and essential skills for future success. In addition, the program also extends support to students who opt for a drop year after Class XII, offering a focused, year-long preparation for both JEE and NEET.
