Post - Sr HR Manager
Location- New Delhi, India.
Salary per month- Rs. 50,000/-
JOB PURPOSE:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Human Resources Manager at CSRL located in New Delhi. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. You will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of job portals, website & newspaper advertisement
- Co-ordination for Campus Recruitment
- Co-ordination with Project Managers for conducting online/ offline written test & students demo at their respective locations
- Monthly Review of the health, safety and the welfare of all employees incl. medical insurance
- Execution of team building activities
- Responsible for Payroll Management of all employees, faculty &staff
- Monitoring of employee, faculty & staff Attendance
- Monitoring & tracking of salary advance & leaves of all employees & faculty
- Management of Income Tax of all concerned employees
- Completing the joining formalities & document verification for new employees
- Data Management of all employees, faculty members & staff
- Updating HR Portal on monthly basis
- Co-ordination with different Projects & Departments and with different vendors and Institutes
- Facilitate training for new hires, ensuring understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze employee productivity and attendance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Coordinate in the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordination with the Accounts team for internal and external audit
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to Directors, Managers and staff within the organization.
- Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development
ELIGIBILITY:
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the education or social sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent Written, Verbal & Presentation skills - English & Hindi
- Excellent IT skills - working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome
- Minimum years of experience 8 years.
