Post - Project Manager

Location-PAN India

JOB PURPOSE:

The role is to head the project, coordinate hand in hand with the team in discharging administrative roles for achievement of project level targets leading to achievement of organizational goals and S/he has to report to the Director of Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1)     Project Management

• To take full accountability & responsibility of maintaining infra and complete project
• Supervising day to day activities & ensuring overall smooth functioning of the project
• Overall responsibility of Centre's performance
• Coordinating with Head Office in terms of report submission, budgeting, manpower management
• Liasoning with Educational Institutions and Sponsoring Agencies at local level
• Ensure effective project operations and unite team under common goal
• To maintain coordination between various stakeholders

2)     As a Counsellor (Behavioral Science)

• Mentoring of the students, motivating them to achieve their goal
• Monitoring day to day performance of the students
• Maintaining discipline among students

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must possess documentation, presentation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of computers on MS OFFICE: Excel, Power Point, Word etc. mandatory.
• Fair idea of accounting procedures    

 ELIGIBILITY:

• Post graduate in social work/ psychology can apply.
• Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in educational institutes/social sectors with administrative background
• Language-English, Hindi and other regional  languages
