Post - Manager/Assistant Manager-Communications

Location- New Delhi, India.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role is to manage and optimize Communication flows - internal as well as external, create content for Communication and initiatives to ensure brand promotion of CSRL.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Communications Specialist, Manager / Assistant Manager (Communications) he/she is responsible for creating content and managing online and offline communication within the organization, supporting Senior Management by creating communication content for their communication needs with external stakeholders. He / She is also responsible for creating and running major campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness of CSRL in the minds of different-stakeholders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating Communication Content for Internal Communication - Regular Communication and Specific Need-based Communication as directed by Senior Management.
• Ensuring dissemination of internal communication to the last targeted recipient.
• Preparing presentations, Meeting notes for internal meetings / Board Meetings.
• Drafting correspondence / external communications.
• Undertaking research and preparing reports on relevant issues - independently and as desired by Senior Management.
• Creating / Editing content for CSRL publications - Story Note Book and Other regular publications.
• Planning and Organizing Press Conferences, supporting management with relevant content for such conferences.
• Creating content for digital communication, brand promotion, etc., along with the design team.
• Managing relevant communication on behalf of CSRL in social media - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Supporting Technical Team with relevant content for Website update

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Computer Literacy
• Content Writing
• Handling Social media Platforms
• Digital marketing expertise
• Proficiency in English/Hindi/other regional languages

ELIGIBILITY:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: - Master's Degree in Communications, Media Relations, or similar relevant fields.
• Fresher to 3 years of experience in the communication field.
